2023 Ash Ridge Estate Sauvignon Blanc: A classic Hawkes Bay Sauvignon Blanc showcasing the terroir of the bay through the aromas of passionfruit, red grapefruit & juicy nectarine. A barrel-fermented wine with fresh and balanced acidity.
2022 Ash Ridge Estate Pinot Gris: Ash Ridge Pinot Gris is a classic, full-bodied wine that is dry in style but bursting with fresh apple, melon, and pear. Having seen oak, this wine is rich, supple & has warming allspice notes.
2023 Ash Ridge Premium Riesling: Produced from a small block of Riesling situated on the Takapau plains, this wine exhibits robust notes of pineapple, honey, and lemon rind. This wine has some sweetness and an elegant texture.
2023 Ash Ridge Premium Viognier: Composed of five rows of Viognier, this wine is perfumed with apple, lime & floral notes. Full, rich & rounded on the palate. A delectable fruit-forward style with a hint of oak complexity.
2022 Ash Ridge Premium Chardonnay: Intense, rich aromas of citrus and stone fruits. The fruit is pure with balanced oak complexity. Drink now or let it age and develop for a further 3 to 7 years.
