Fruit:

100% Pinot Gris Hawkes Bay.

Winemaking:

 Pressed lightly, settled in tank before the batch being split in two.15% was fermented in barrel whilst the balance was tank fermented. The barrel fermented potion under went a secondary fermentation to add body and complexity to the wine. The tank potion was fermented with a touch of residual sugar (RS) to balance with the fruity flavours.

Aged on its lees for 4months to add complexity.

Fantastic with Thai food, yet soft enough to drink without food.

This fresh, youthful style of wine is best consumed within 3 years of bottling.
