A rich blend of five grape varieties from a stunning vintage. Rich and deep, with dark plum and cherry notes, and great complexity. Time in the bottle has seen this wine develop to its full potential.
A barrel selection of the best components in the winery, this Chardonnay has great fruit purity, intensity and depth. Barrel stirred weekly for 3 months to build texture, the oak adds incredible structure and depth.
Packed with flavour, this wine is rich with plums and blackberries, chocolate and spice. Far too easy to drink and great with food, a perfect winter wine.
Delicate aromatics draw you in to this beautifully balanced late harvest chardonnay. Honey, marmalade and nectarines on the palate make this a perfect companion for cheese and desserts.
A fortified Syrah with bold flavours of blackcurrants and boysenberry. The alcohol is forthright yet balanced, with contrasting sweetness and intensity.
Bright and floral with rose water aromatics, the palate is rich but soft, with tobacco, vanilla and spice. Only 100 case produced.
Dark and mouthfilling, this wine is savoury and harmonious, with deep, ripe plum and boysenberry flavours, an elegant seam of pepper, fine-grained tannins, and a long, spicy finish.
Aromas of freshly picked apricots and sweet spice, lush with summer fruit sweetness, floral and perfumed. Balanced acidity gives this wine lovely structure and length.
An unashamedly oaky chardonnay, in a more traditional Hawkes Bay style, Flavours of nectarines and white peach, and a note of butterscotch on the finish.
